Patient SurveyHealthwatch Hampshire is asking people what matters to them when it comes to health and social care Healthwatch Hampshire is running a health priorities survey to find out what matters to the people of Hampshire when it comes to health and social care services for this year. Now that there is a road map out of the pandemic, and the vaccine roll-out is well under way, they want to know what matters to people when it comes to health and social care services across the County. • What are the big health priorities looking beyond Covid-19? • What areas should they - as the independent champions for health and social care locally - be focused on for the rest of this year? You can complete the survey at http://bit.ly/3tpNHiP or share your views with them via their website www.healthwatchhampshire.co.uk. The survey is running until the end of April and the results will be published in May.

Visiting the PracticeIf you are anxious about coming to see us during the current Coronavirus pandemic, we would like to reassure you that we have put measures in place to ensure our patients and staff are able to follow social distancing guidelines and all our clinicians wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Please call us if you are worried about your health as we are open for business as usual. We want to keep all our patients and staff safe so you will be asked to wear a surgical face mask whenever you visit one of our sites as they provide a greater level of protection than cloth face coverings. If you do not have a surgical face mask, our receptionists will be able to provide you with one.
Fill out a simple online form and you will hear back from the practice by the end of the next working day. We aim to contact patients before 6.30pm, but sometimes the clinician may call later if they are working in the Improved Access clinic, which runs until 8pm
EConsult AvailabilityPlease note that eConsults received after 3pm may not be dealt with the until the next working day. The eConsult service is disabled overnight, at weekends and on Bank Holidays as a safety precaution. We would not want urgent problems to be left overnight or for more than 24 hours, so if your problem needs urgent attention during these times, please call 111. Thank you.
